Ingredients
- 4 tbsp hummus or nut butter
- 4 rice or corn cakes
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cucumber, cut into half-moons
- ¼ pepper (any colour), sliced
- 4 pitted olives, sliced
- punnet of cress
Method
- STEP 1
Spread the hummus or nut butter over the rice cakes or corn cakes. Use the veg to create faces, snipping off some cress and using it to give the faces any desired hairstyle, beard or moustache.
